• Represented the world’s largest real estate brokers and successfully enforced their trademark rights by obtaining a decisions from the Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation, Dubai concerning cancellation of the infringing company name.
• Anti-Counterfeiting Administrative Actions Successfully conducted several anti-counterfeiting projects in which counterfeit goods were seized by the administrative authorities. Some of the prominent raids conducted include seizure of counterfeit lighting instruments, toy dolls, stationary, leather goods and many more.
• We have successfully represented a Singapore based company before the Commercial Agency Committee through the Cassation Court for terminating a Franchise agreement with a local UAE company
