Before joining UTPS, David held senior roles at a major international firm, advising clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.
He has represented Fortune 500 companies in trademark appeals, patent enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting actions. His sector expertise spans automotive, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.
Mr. Aylen is co-leading a MENA IP Summit with AIPLA to enhance regional IP dialogue. He is regularly ranked by IAM, Patent 1000, WTR 1000, and Managing IP.
