Fatima Heyari

Fatima Heyari serves as Managing Partner of the UTMPS Jordan office since 2005. With more than 35 years of intellectual property experience, she advises clients on the protection, management, and enforcement of IP rights across trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, and related matters, bringing seasoned judgment and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Fatima was admitted to practise law in the Philippines and has an early-career background in the Philippine Congress, which informs her understanding of policy and regulatory environments. At UTMPS Jordan, she leads the team’s day-to-day client work, overseeing filings and portfolio management, guiding prosecution strategy, and supporting clients through complex procedural requirements.

Deeply engaged in the international IP community, Fatima is an active member of several leading IP associations, including INTA, APAA, AIPPI, ECTA and many others, and regularly participates in leading industry conferences to stay at the forefront of global IP developments.
