Overview
Krishini Rajakaruna is the Managing Director of UTMPS’s Sri Lanka office, with more than 12 years of experience advising on trademarks, patents, and industrial designs. She took oaths as an Attorney-at-Law before the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2013 and holds multiple professional appointments, including Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, Company Secretary, and Certified Intellectual Property Agent.
A graduate of the University of Colombo, Faculty of Law, with a Bachelor of Laws degree, Krishni began her career at a leading Sri Lankan law firm before joining UTMPS in 2015. She now oversees the firm’s Sri Lanka operations and represents clients across the full spectrum of IP protection and enforcement.
Krishni is known for her clear, practical advice and her disciplined approach to managing complex IP matters. Clients rely on her for precise guidance, responsive support, and effective representation before national IP authorities.
