Samer Jamhour

Mr. Samer Jamhour is Office Development and Operations Manager at United Trademark & Patent Services. With over 29 years of experience in intellectual property practice, he oversees the development and operational management of the firm’s international offices and supports its global expansion strategy.

Mr. Jamhour began his career in intellectual property in 1997 and has since held several senior operational and management roles across the Middle East, including positions in Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. Over the course of his career, he has also supervised intellectual property operations in North Africa and coordinated work across non-Arab African jurisdictions through international associate networks.

He has played a key role in establishing numerous international offices for the firm across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. His practice focuses primarily on trade mark prosecution, intellectual property enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting matters, and he has extensive experience managing large trade mark portfolios across multiple industries.
Mr. Jamhour is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
